They're similar, not the exact same design. I doubt you can get those in a Neon bolt-pattern. Are you trying to find a a set of skinny rear wheels? The only thing Weld appears to make in 5x100 is a 15x4" Racelite:

Everything else they make appears to be either spindle mount or a RWD application.

You can also get a Magnum Import Drag in 15x3.5" for 5x100, not street legal though.

Really i wanted something 5 lug but light but 5 spoke too... i really wanted the axis maglite's but they're only made in 4 lug... so i guess if i could find another kind of 4 spokes with 5 lug then thats what i'd get but right now i need rims and brembos... i want my neon's suspension and wheels to be ready to drag by summer...
