I don't care how well you think you know your neon... you don't know it as well as the book for it. buy the book it's only 15-20 bucks and it will save you lots and lots of time in mech. fees. :!:

I agree. I have a Haynes manual, a chart with most of the important torque specs, as well as the 1997 and 1998 factory service manuals and 1997-1999 factory part# lists in .pdf format. I find all of them to be extremely valuble.

Same here... I've got the '02 FSM book, Chilton Book, '00 - '02 Parts book in PDF. '00 and '04 FSM in PDF... I think I'm covered and I find myself using them all the time, if not just to kill time reading them sitting around the house. Always learn something new

Yeah ive got the Haynes manual too its great for all our sweet 1st gens...but it has a list for all the other cars in the back too...
