catalytic converter

Post by sps20racer »

My catalytic converter on my 95 SOHC is going out and I'm wondering about what to do with it. I've heard that the racing hi flow cats make it sound like a rc car (civics) and I really don't want that noise. Or should I just straight pipe it cuz Echeck is going bye bye. Any suggestions would be great.

um, get a new cat.... seriously though, if you're worried about the hi-flow cats making the car sound like ass, get an OE replacement or similar.

I know this is a long time ago, but a high flow cat will NOT change the sound much at all. eCheck is gone in KY though....
