So my 35+ year old Craftsman tool box is beyond full, so I went out today on my lunch and bought a new midnight blue Craftsman roll-away chest. Let me tell you, it was fun trying to fit the big bastard in the back of my Neon in 90 degree heat. The store manager and I were having such a tough time with it that some random dude stopped and helped, and eventually the three of us managed to squeeze it in the back tearing up some of the box after I removed the bottom of the bacl seat. I've fit some big stuff in the back of my blue car before, I was shocked this was so tight.
My dude Jon is on his way over to help me get it out lol
I got a nifty new drill too, my 10 year old 9.6V cordless is still kickin, but some hole saw on frame rail action has left me needing something a little beefier. $50 on sale, has 2-way levels, side handle and a case.
The toolbox was like $240, the drill $50, got some stainless hardware too, yet my total was $214. I didn't ask any questions.
Perfect way to fill that new garage... with more tools
