white 1st gen R/T

I haven't seen this one before...
On 71S today driving to work I saw a white de-skunked 1st gen R/T, was lowered and had some sort of black/polished lip 17" wheels. No wings or anything gaudy, the only thing wrong with it (IMO) was the raspy and not very attractive dual-outlet exhaust. Overall it looked like a pretty sweet car.
