I have a 1996 baseline with 2 disc brakes and boots in the back, and i am spoiled to 4 disc anti lock brake system is there a kit to convert over and if so where do i get it? Sorry I am still trying to get better understanding of brake systems so if this is just plain stupid question, slap me and call it a day.

You need to get all the parts off a rear disk car at a junkyard. I don't know exactly about it but try searching neons.org. I know a lot of people have done the swap, and I'm sure you can find some info on what all you need.
