I love my job sometimes

Here at work we have a "summer half day" program where everyone in the company gets to take a half day off paid at random each month June through August. Well its an awesome day out today and we're slow, so I'm outta here in 2 hours!
Anyone want to come hang out and work on the car with me? Hopefully I can get my battery relocation done tonight!!!

i'm lucky enough to be able to work on my car at work during the down time. and there is A LOT of down time. i've even done a timing belt job on my car while i was "working"

Where do you work?
I miss that kind of thing, I used to work at a slow car stereo shop and had a lot of time to work on my own stuff.

Wow...must be nice! Wish I got to take the rest of the day off randomly and get paid to relax or work on my car...geesh!
